كيف تتواصل معنا
لأي سؤال أو مشكلة أو اقتراح، راسلنا على البريد الإلكتروني:
نحاول الرد في أقرب وقت ممكن، عادةً خلال يومين عمل. ولمساعدتنا على فهم مشكلتك بسرعة، يُفضّل أن تذكر في رسالتك:
- نوع جهازك (Android أو iPhone).
- وصفاً مختصراً لما حدث، وما الذي كنت تحاول فعله.
- لقطة شاشة إن أمكن.
طلب حذف الحساب أو البيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناتك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق: افتح «ملفي الشخصي»، ثم «تعديل الملف الشخصي»، ثم اختر «حذف الحساب» في أسفل الصفحة. يمكنك أيضاً طلب الحذف بمراسلتنا على support@dawakom.net. لمزيد من التفاصيل حول بياناتك، اطّلع على سياسة الخصوصية.

We try to reply as soon as we can, usually within two business days. To help us understand your issue quickly, please include:
- Your device type (Android or iPhone).
- A short description of what happened and what you were trying to do.
- A screenshot if possible.
Account or data deletion
You can delete your account and data at any time from inside the app: open "My Profile", then "Edit Profile", and choose "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. You can also request deletion by emailing support@dawakom.net. For more about your data, see our Privacy Policy.
